DHS cybersecurity reports for public comment

The Federal Register announced two new reports by the DHS Cyber Security Division that are available and open for public comment:

  1. Security in the Software Lifecycle–Intended to assist application software developers and project managers in defining a strategy to produce more secure software.
  2. Secure Software Assurance–Common Body of Knowledge–Intended to assist college-level educators and private industry trainers in creating a curriculum for software assurance.

They’re both available to download at this link. Public comments are due by Feb. 21, 2006.
