White House review of Katrina out tomorrow

The White House is reporting that it will release Fran Townsend’s review of Katrina tomorrow morning at 9am. Scott McClellan notes that it contains “125 recommendations in 17 general categories.”

CNN has an advance copy and says that it contains no bombshells.

One subject that should be addressed in the report is domestic crisis management operations in the White House and whether the Homeland Security Council and Advisor to the President for Homeland Security had any operational role or input on policy during Katrina.
