Placeholder pages run amok on dhs.gov

Filed under: DHS News,Humor — by Christian Beckner on March 13, 2006

The Department of Homeland Security’s webmasters need to be a bit more cautious about what goes “live” on the site. For example:

This page is an empty placeholder for the National Infrastructure Protection Plan.

This page is an empty placeholder for the Equal Employment Opportunity Office.

This page simply says “Test 3-12-06”

And for much of February, this page said “Test Nathan Obert.” Here’s a link to a screenshot that I pulled from my cache.
