RAND report on public health preparedness
RAND has released a new report this week on the potential impact of quality improvement tools on public health emergency preparedness. It’s a fairly technical report, but one that suggests methodologies which would be useful for other homeland security missions, given the reality that many homeland security issues are inherently difficult to measure in terms of progress and readiness.
