Homeland security and the midterm elections

Filed under: Congress and HLS,General Homeland Security — by Christian Beckner on November 6, 2006

This blog is intended to focus on matters of policy, and not the electoral side of politics. Therefore I’ve deliberately not covered the 2006 midterms elections on this site over the past few months.

I’m planning to analyze the outcome of the election, and it’s implications on the Congressional agenda for homeland security in the 110th Congress, but I’ll save that analysis until after the results are in. If you need to see some early speculation, check out this article on the Senate and this one on the House.

Be sure to vote tomorrow.
