		<description>To Whom It May Concern:

The Consular Section of the Embassy in Costa Rica, C.A. is kindly requesting more information about the new program called Traveler Redress Inquiry Program, that DHS is setting up for travelers to file an appeal if their journey is disrupted by security queries. We do get requests of frustrated clients asking about who to contact with those type of issues or why it is happening to them. This way we can direct them to the right source and avoid them endless time searching for the appropriate contact.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

ASTRID MOTZ-HAMMOND
CONSULAR ASSISTANT
U.S. EMBASSY
SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA
