Sounds qualified and very important position! Again however DOD seems to be the primary recruiting ground for DHS. I view DOD as an organization that has largely failed since 9/11 for a number of reasons. Failure to redirect its resouces primarily. DOD still focused on the "Big War." Anyhow, sorry another person (Ms. Lino) regarded DHS as a short-term job opportunity. At this point one wonders what if anything DHS can get done either short-range or long-range?
