We can always hope for synchronization. Perhaps both DOD and DHS should start with planning for 35% budget reductions over the 4 year period covered by teh QHSR? Just out of curiousity hope there was discussion at Carlisle of infrastructure that is "dual use" meaning both critical to domestic and military response! Reason, completely independent miltary systems are unlikely to prevail in budget arena in future. Beyond space that is!
