Mumbai Swarming

A House subcommittee took testimony this afternoon on the implications of the Mumbai attacks.  Witnesses addressed law enforcement, intelligence, and infrastructure issues.  The following links provide access to prepared testimony.

In a New York Times op-ed, John Arquilla, makes the case that Mumbai should be seen as the principal template for future terrorist attacks.

Just for the record there have been repeated similar attacks on MUMBAI since the early 90’s! They could have done a lot better. But hey it could happen here given prevalence of non-registered firearms.
