Emergency Declarations Requested
The Governor of Texas has requested a federal emergency declaration to assist with wildfire losses.
The Governor of Georgia has requested an emergency declaration to assist with losses from flooding and other severe weather.
In Minnesota, seven counties previously included in a federal emergency declaration have now been declared part of a “major disaster.” This increases federal assistance that is available.
