Cameron and Grand Isle are borderline areas for habitable occupation other for workers functionally dependent on their waterlogged environment. Perhaps, these Louiana citizens should finally bite the bullet. Drop out of NFIP becoming suspended and turn down all federal disaster relief at same time.
