What an outstanding choice by the administration. Dr. O'Toole is a totally dedicated public servant and health administrator. Very very competent and experienced. Again a test case to demonstrate knowledge over whatever? Hoping for early confirmation.

By the way the Senate hold on Fugate is more clearly each day simple blackmail. Cameron and Grand Isle are borderline areas for habitable occupation other for workers functionally dependent on their waterlogged environment. Perhaps, these Louiana citizens should finally bite the bullet. Drop out of NFIP becoming suspended and turn down all federal disaster relief at same time. Let those who want to take risks do so but don't make them dependent for survival on taxpayer money. Hey self-sufficiency?
