Wow my testy succeeded. No comments as of Monday morning! Did you know Trump has a team reviewing the Plum Book [the new one out about May 15th]!

Perhaps not surprising but many many holdover of Presidential appointees between Bush and Obama.

A fundamental flaw not to be repeated by Donald or Hillary?

I have frequently blogged on waste, fraud and abuse in DHS and FEMA!

I estimate perhaps using broad definitions including cyber security and computer security as part of IT DHS and FEMAS have spent up to $250B on their IT efforts since 9/11/01! DHS actually opened its doors of course 3/1/2003.

Now a significant chunk of the IT contracting control in DHS and FEMA has been returned to GSA. Why? Waste, fraud, and abuse.

If you question the link in the comment above to the nation-state of Syria it is because in recent years the US in it FP has not clearly enunciated its desire for a unified Syrian nation-state.
